I’m like getting from 23 to 15 was easy though so can’t I lose one percent per month?
He said it doesn’t work like that.

Better to focus on growing my arms . Big arms gets me more 🍑than low body fat will.

( I’m still gonna see if I can starve it off real quick tho)

@SFDom415 actually 23 to 15 is easier MUCH easier than 15-10 but 15-10 you see WAY more difference in abs and vascularity
you look good already, bigger arms and nice shoulders , looking thick :)
 
I think you should go down to 10 or 11% body fat from here
nothing too crazy but it can be done
O bet I could do 10-11 I’d be willing to try.

@BodyMonster34 wants me to do 6 and says he’ll show me a good time if I do 😂 for that I’d do it AND shave

Yeh I’m ready. You see im watery today but that’s a fiber thing …. I was off my diet and fiber for a week recovering from the drug use….
Should take about three days to dry out now that I’m in track
Biggest porb now is I’m not eating enough protein cuz I’m in a starve the fat off mindset Which is just a fail waiting to happen

I might resort to protein powder god I hate that stuff but trying to eat 200 grams of protein everyday without getting all the fat sugar salt and bread is difficult.

Today so far I ate

1. Small steak sandwich about 4 ounces of steak on sourdough bread with bbq sauce
2. 6 ounce can of mandarin oranges.
3. 2 cups coffee
4. 48 ounces water ( with creatine scoop)
5 banana

In the last 9 hours since I woke up

I’m working till 11 pm tonight ( 6 more hours)

Here’s what I have in my lunch bag and I’m not hungry for any of it but…

2 Turkey meatballs
And I got some roast beef meat
I got a couple slices of American cheese
And I got a little salad

I don’t know how muc protein is in those Turkey meatballs

Ok it says about 20 grams
The salad is 15

I’m working till 11 pm tonight ( 6 more hours)

Doing blood work tomorrow morning too.
Then meeting my new fwb at planet cuz he wants to start working out. I’m trying convince the best thing to do for starting out is 90 days with my PT to evaluate/get him in the right direction

Then 3.5 years ago gone way downhill at age 56.
And now at 59
I miss younger me😭😭😭 no wrinkles or baggy eyes.😡😡😡
