@SFDom415 actually 23 to 15 is easier MUCH easier than 15-10 but 15-10 you see WAY more difference in abs and vascularityTodays vids. You can laugh at my noisy struggle with these little weights

Better to focus on growing my arms . Big arms gets me morethan low body fat will.
