@SFDom415 we all have those days when we forget broNot at all. I’ve been here on evo long enough to know better. I also know that my my moods and attitide are wild affected by my psyche meds .and I’m very forgetfu. I miss doses of all my meds. I don’t even remember which days i j next my steroids twice a week but every week is different. Why dk t I eat my oatmeal when I know it flattens my stomach.. Beciase I forget.
Why do to take all my meds. I forget.

Forgot to lay the bills this month and couldn’t figure out why threw a so much money in the checking account lol. My coworker calls it having O.L.D
I got up three hours ago and I’m still standing here just now taking prepping my stack.
And inabent eaten anything. And gym is in an hour. I miss wander around the house all morning. So I’ll feel defeated today and amazkng tomorrow. End of the world , on top of the world.
But always good right after my PT sessions.

My upper body is starting to fill out I can see it . Finally and its very satisfying.
I mean look I have all my arms and legs and eyes and ears and I’m healthy with no obstacles.
And I have all my hair. ( more than I know what to do with)
I have a husband and an fwb and an unlimited supply of pretty boys to choose from. And a goid union job with platinum benefits and I own a home in the bay area ( no easy task) I live the California dream best I can. I drive a sexy convertable mx5 I have a personal trainer ( that does keep me in debt) I take a big vacation and at least two small vacations every year. I’ve been jatakjng in the Channel Islands and Tahoe, parasailing in Acapulco partied back stage with my favorite bands. Did the 1980s the way they were meant to be done. I pretty much do whatever I want whenever I want the way that want. In a limited budget but I’m frugal.
So I guess that’s my “ gratitude list” people are saying to do that shit. “ make a gratitude list”
that’s just a portion. So I have been very very lucky. Even while being irresponsible and fucking up many times.
But. I always want the next thing
And I assume it’s because I’m an American and that is what we are trained to do.

What sucks is I have this never ending g right shoulder thing. I think he said it’s a tendon that connects like the biceps to the shoulder or something . It a huge pain inthe ass and it holds me back. My right shoulder will be burning on fire while my left side could keep going.
Yes I’m very dramatic lifting weights like I’m dying on stage after being shot. And I don’t care if you’re laughing at me. This slow motion bullshit is hard

I was super cranky hubby made us late last minutes to the show. and in the rush I spilled my coke all over the floor in front of our seats so I'm sitting in a sticky mess.
But It's Cabaret and when a 6'2 shredded black muscle man comes out on stage in garters and a corset to open the show you can't really be cranky anymore

The was good. Wasnt Broadway of course but also a ten minute drive versus a five hour flight.
Besides we are going to NYC in a couple weeks to see Chicago which will be spectacular no doubt. And Jinkx Monsoon will be starring in kne if the leads.
Ok I have to hours to get ready and get on the road. I-80 is a nightmare. So the earlier I leave the better.
Inwill be eating today these guys out ona huge spread so I’m goi g to enjoy it. And I’m not have ing more than two drinks in 5 hours. I have to drive home work early tomorrow

I didn’t get the pics of the grass area where the other lawn games were. Tossing those bean bags. And I’m home early. It’s was 104* so the pools felt great and
I got to spend a few hours with my fwb.
I always feel kinda sad when we have to part.
Lonely and melancholy. We have a super crazy chemistry. I can’t be sad. I mean he’s got his husband and their kids and I have my husband and we are lucky to be able to also have this too.
So, after an afternoon of passionately entwined make out sessions by the waterfall in the pool We left the party together and immediately found ourselves stuck in traffic
, ( lane closures… Really CalTrans on a Saturday afternoon? …) him behind me you know, very California romance style, then as we transitioned from the 5 fwy to the 80 fwy It opened up just enough .. ….he gunned his Bright Yellow Charger Daytona into the fast lane …and it growled off into the sunset, leaving me in the number 2 lane, top down, under the hot valley sun as my heart broke just a little bit while Journey’s “Lights” played on the radio.
Felt like high school teen angst again for a minute.
Oh well.
