sure g the month while i have PT i will get in the habit of doing one extra day on planet on my own so that when the pt ends hopefully i keep momentum keep in mind i've always ultimately failed here.@SFDom415 maintain 60 is good and prepping some meal prep would be perfect

yes well it's been a fail every time for 40 years so i'll try again. if i can commit to showing up ( that's the hard part) even a half assed work out is better than no work out the problem is i just don't enjoy it.Just gotta find a way to keep the motivation without having a trainer.
Maybe try an entire different type of training. It could be more interesting and keep things fun. 1. headphones and classic disco
the music is very positive and happy and tunes out the bad gym music and all the people. i just bop in my 1978 world. that removes the anxiety.
2. once i'm in my own world go really slow. just work out really slow sit around take my time and think it through but, that puts me at 2 hours which is to long.
going to the gym is like going to the dentist for a root canal. and the headphones and the tuning out is like the Novocain and nitros oxide.. generally wind up doing a whole body pump rather than two specific muscle groups.

4 sets of 10 or 12 on everything
some shoulder and chest and back pushing and pulling
some curls some leg press leg ext and some abdictor machine
some ab swing machine
some calf machine a couple sets of 20
everything 3/4 sets of -10/12 reps with light to moderate weight
oh and i do the assisted pull up thing.
oh yeh and the tricep rope things gotta do those.
i just need fit all that into an hour. 3x week.
i just really like Dan he's really great . and like me bipolar and a d d and super knowledgeab about it so he's alway telling me about dopamine and all that and what causes what reaction and he tells me about girls he gets and i tell him about the bkys i get and i keep
him supplied with tadapox. it's nice
