Overall good week in the books same weight as last week but tightened up a little more than last week and maybe dropped some fatigue , training is going well strength going up and we are staying in a nice and tidy spot

Another nice check in this week around a 1.1kg weight jump from last week so I’m happy with that not overly fat and holding good condition this growth phase b4 prep is going nicely, coach is happy so we rinse and repeat and keep moving 25weeks out
