Good week training wise , other than that pretty shit from the digestive side of things , obviously eating a lot of food has caught up and just got a flare up of some stomach issues like bloating and just uncomfortable, so we move rinse and repeat from last week and add in some digestive supplementation and go from there .

Pressure is privilege , wouldn’t be a journey without some hiccups
