Not really i actually like to stick training plans out till 12-18 weeks or even longer if your progression in the gym is good and your progressing in your physique there is no use to change up the training but most of the time my coach chooses my spilt and then I can go back a forth and change a few things that works best for meInteresting, the way you're mixing up your split routine,

Yes hopefully I can , I’ve competed naturally before aswell and that’s really where my love for competing startedVery nice, man. I hope that you Can get some competitions under your belt over the next couple years.
Reason being is I’m on a fair bit of food and when I’m trying push food up I tend to lose appetite and the lantus really helps with upping my appetite and also allows me to push a bit more food and helps it go to the right places and also improve performance,Wow, that is a lot of insulin.
What is the reasoning for running so much?
I just listen to my coach , but can i ask why do you recommend doing so ?your steroisd are very reasonable. i would drop the hgh 3iu's until you get closer to competition and drop the insulin dose as well.
