@donkeypunchbub if you keep a clean diet and training regiment you'll boost your sperm count thats why important to update your log so we can clean up your diet long term.

So I just recieved my hcg today and I'm thinking about starting it at about 250iu's eod?
Thoughts ?

Also I will post up my fitness pals diet from today!

And here is today diet! I'm always on the road too so that doesn't help also I fast up until lunch time so I do my morning cardio on an empty stomach as well I have some preworkout with DMAA and a coffee!

@donkeypunchbub 250IU eod is too estrogenic, start with 250mgs Mon/wed/fri with weekends off.

And here is today's leg work out as well as yesterday's back workout.

I also go to BFT in the mornings which is a mix of cardio and strength classes!

looking at a first glance, you need more omega 3 fats, add fish oil walnuts etc and you need more fiber

I've read that people are doing upwards of 2000iu's x 3 a week for fertility purposes?
 
Today's shoulder workout
Shoulder press both handles 4 x10 up to 60kg
Lateral machine raises 4x 10 8kg super sets with barbell front raises 15kg
4 x 10 Lateral sitting machine raises 10kg each side supersetted with 4 x 10 barbell upright rows
5 x10 Reverse rear delt flys 54kg
Finished with a drop set

Plus what I ate today!

Sorry bro I should have said I do cardio everymorning Mon- Sat at a class here in Australia called BFT.

Also I take fish oils and have adrenal switch at night which has zinc, magnesium and ashwaganda and also Vitamin B6, oaturally occurring L-Theanine (from Camellia sinensis), L-Leucine and L-Glycine
