Hey all!
So I jumped on the same scale this afternoon even with a lunch in my stomach I weighed 97.3kg which is down from 99.3kg which was on the 5th of march! So I've lost 2 kg in 7 days!

I'm currently taking about 120mcg of clen and DMAA with 100mcg of igf1 lr3 everyday.
Along with that I'm also taking togkat ali, fadogia agrestos and turkesterone at 500mg perday.

As well as HCG Monday Wednesday and friday at 500mcg.

And my calories are coming down each week from about 2700cals two weeks ago to about 2300 cars this week.


I will post more photos up tomorrow of everything!

Yes I fast 16 hrs and eat for 8 hours so I usually finish my last meal or snack at 8pm and start the next day at 12am.

Here's my arms work out from today
4x 10 triceps push down 66.5kgkg
4x 10 triceps rope pull down 43.5kg super set with
4x 10 biceps barbell curls 25kg 1 @ 25kg 3 @ 30kg
4x 10 overhead triceps extension 23.8kg super set with
4x 10 biceps hammer curls 15kg
4 x 10 Biceps curl machine 39kg
4x 10 triceps overhead dumbel extension 10kg

Hi all!
So it's been a minute!
I've actually been on holidays in Bali! Which was awesome experience but alas I have stopped the igf LR-3 and am just on the hcg and clen atm!

I have included some pictures of myself on holidays!
Even though when I got back I weighed in at 100kg cos as u can guess my diet went to shit!

I have also attached my most recent full blood work! And semen analysis although that part looks a bit off!
Although I was on finasteride which I have since stopped since realising that it was affecting my total sperm concentration!
