had a question on my joints they really hurt when I do bigger lifts
it’s really getting annoying because I’m unable to get stronger because my joints hurt so much I’m having to take an aspirin after every time I work out
what are some supplements I can start taking to help with my joints?

For joints I like fish oil and glucosamine msm chondroitin combo, you can also add bone broth daily.
 
you really have to adjust your training as well you can't just depend on supplements
 
need to build muscle needs to bring back their joint support
 
make some homemade raw bone broth it goes a long way
