So hit the gym again today, i am not sure why but struggled with Leg press today, been doing the weight now for a few sessions and manages to push 10 reps on each set but could only manage 3 sets of 6 reps at 160kg. Previous week i was doing 2 sets 10 reps at 160kg then the last set 10 reps at 200kg.
I dont use weight for Bulgarian split squat, think it's a combo between balance and leg strength and my body weight as I always feel wobbly and like I am going to fall over, would appreciate a great alternative.

Leg press 3x10
Bulgarian split squat 3x10
Leg extension 3x10
Calf raises 4x10
60m treadmill 7 incline speed 4.3
