Hay Roidders, I just have 600g of steak every day at this stage, if I'm feeling hungry I'll add some eggs and beef tallow, that is pretty much it. Other than salt on my steak and a cold brew coffee.Yeah, you don't have to post all your meals but we definitely want to get an idea of what you're eating.
