Including adding in anything else. also how often do you get bloods done? Will post today's workout and food later. @JasonM50 have you tested your ketosis level? Please get keto strips and test to tell us what the level us.Had the day off work today, went to the gym in the morning and then went back in the afternoon to do the treadmill.

It was $150.00 AUD which was just over 5 kilos. Have been thinking about buying a 1/4 cow as it works out at $15 AUD a kilo but it is a mix of cutsHell yeah!
