Ok, just just did a keto strip ketone reading is 0.8 g/l 8 mmol/L 80 mg/dL
Glucose is 0, I have added photos for those that are happy to look at something I have peed on.

can you do the ketone readings daily for next 14 days
we are trying to understand you're in ketosis but you said you're not losing bodyfat

what is your activity daily? can you do more cardio before training as well i see 60min post but can you to pre 30min?

I do have a desk job, was thinking about doing a walk in the evenings. To top up the additional steps, I have another scan Sunday so will see what the machine says this week
