Anyone else doing carnivore ever ho to nandos just to get a whole chicken? Was thinking no sauce
I've eating a whole chicken even without carnivore lol :P @JasonM50 but I have had clients replace steak with a whole chicken, you can do that as well.
 
Ok so week 12 scan, good and bad at the same time i have lost weight this week but scanner says I've lost muscle mass. So over the 12 weeks I have lost 21.5 Kg that is 47.2 lbs.

Sunday

5 min warm up elliptical trainer

Lat pulldown 3x8
DB press 1 x 12 3x8
Single arm lat pull down 3x8
Incline smith machine bench 3x8
Lat pullover
High to low cable flys

60m treadmill 7 incline 4.0 speed

I will post food later once I break the 48hr fast.

Dont worry about muscle mass loss, right now we need to concentrate on your bodyfat, getting that down is crucial.
Lets up the cardio and cycle in fasting more often weekly if you can.
Can you do 72 hour fast?

I'll give that a go this week, will try the fast from Thursday night to Sunday.
Have to take the daughters car in for repair tomorrow so will move the gym rest day to tomorrow, I don't mind as feel tired, but still pushed through the workout.

Shoulder press 3x8
Tricep push down 3x8
Overhead tricep extension 3x8
Hammer curl 3x8
Preacher curl 3x8
Crossbows tricep extension 2x10

60m treadmill 7 incline speed 4

the colour on strip is pretty close to last colour, doesn't look it on photo but really dark.

Much deeper and more regular ketosis reading thank you. @JasonM50 good you pushed the training, we need to burn the ketones right now.

My lord thats one decent slab of porterhouse there @JasonM50 very impressive,I don't think that tomahawk steak is posted the other week was quite that big but would have been close,@Npcclassicphysique champ bro i did notice ocean was inactive atm any idea what's happened with him?
