Machine reverse fly: 20x60 17x60 15x60 12x60
Cable rope facepull: 20x90 20x90 15x90 15x90

Fun workout for sure! Got some good cardio in at end and I really pushed myself harder on it than I have been. Noticing every week I seem to be able to do more and more of pretty much everything. Only downside is I am having a hell of a time getting the crypto set up for some reason. Going to have to call them and figure out what’s going on.

Also attaching a picture of the meal I am about to eat.

how much cardio did you do? time

and crypto whats the problem? should be fairly simple, maybe goto coinbase.

I do have some shoulder issues but have noticed going to the gym definitely helps. The hammer strength shoulder press I believe has done wonders for building up the shoulder stability. For cardio, I did elliptical for 10 minutes but it was very high intensity. I was dripping sweat by the time I was done. I will try to keep that intensity up and increase the time some more. Before I was doing cardio but the intensity was rarely moderate so this 10 minutes today was probably better than 15 minutes of what I was doing before.

I am using Coinbase. Just having an issue getting payment method verified.

The meal was very tasty and what even better my wife does the meal prep! She likes to cook.

Edit: I know someone mentioned using the stationary bike but I feel like the elliptical allows for a much higher intensity.

I got it sorted out and it works now! Quick question, if I go 400mg test/week with a tri test blend is that ok?
 
Today was leg day. Started off with 15 minutes elliptical cardio and finished with another 15 minutes.

Hammer strength squat: 12x90 10x160 12x180 10x230
Calf raise: 15x135 15x155 15x175 15x195
Plate leg press: 12x180 10x270 10x270
Seated leg curl: 3 sets of 20 at 120 pounds
Leg extension: 3 sets of 15 at 120 pounds

Feeling great overall!
 
nice job no reason why you can't do cardio even on leg day
 
So I placed the order. When I went to purchase the btc Coinbase won’t let me purchase more than $50 worth. Requested increase but it denied it. I have no idea why.
Ok everything is sorted out! Ready to go!

400mg test/week (200x2) 10 weeks
50mg/day tbol 6 weeks(will increase to 8 weeks if all is good)
Anastrazole .5mg eod and .5mg/day for 4 weeks after cycle
20mg Nolvadex/day for 4 weeks after cycle. Plus N2Guard throughout cycle.

Careful u don't run to much AI it can be just as damaging to a cycle as estrogen being to high, it is a fine line u got to learn to balance on properly.

make sure your pct is longer then 4 weeks. push to 6 weeks IMO
