As of 15th September 2024,
Current body weight - 173 pounds
Body fat % ~ 12-13%
Height - 5’7

Starting my low dose cycle coming week.
Currently on TRT dosage of Test Cyp(160mg/week) (Pharma Grade Test)

Calories consumed ~ 2500/day
Protein - 200~225g/day
My diet usually consists of the same old clean nutrition source like rice, meat, fish, chicken, fruits and vegetables. I am strict on my diet and sometimes would go as long as 2-3 months without any cheat meals. I eat the same stuff all day everyday 5 times a day.

I have used anabolic steroids in past and have ran pretty high dosages and was able to gain significant amount of muscle but then I went off cold turkey for about 1.5 years and then 7 months ago I started my TRT protocol.

Going to start my next (12week) steroid cycle coming sunday.

Planned drug usage include-

1. Test Cyp - 160mg/week (Pfizer-pharma)
2. Deca Durabolin - 300mg/week(Pharma Tech)
3. Mast E- 200mg/week (Syn)
4. Dbol - 20mg/day (6 weeks)

I lift pretty decent amount of weight and got 8 years of experience under my belt. Max bench - 265 as of now, 410- deadlift and - 305- squat. I do weights 5 days a week but 45-60 minutes of low intensity or zone 2 cardio everyday aiming to burning around 500ish calories.

Currently not on any sleep supplements or sexual enhances, AI blockers or anything. Just using Creatine.

I got some Clenbuterol handy which I plan to use after my cycle when I get back to my TRT protocol. Current aim is to put on some muscle tissue maintaining the body fat percentage.

Reason to use mast E is to counter the water bloat my deca and Dbol.

Will appreciate suggestions and will keep you guys updated about the progress!

@shanu17july1996 fully now welcome to the EVO family :) happy to have you share your TRT and cycle plans.

Cycle
With your current TRT, I wouldn't go to 300mgs deca, start with 100mgs deca and 100mgs masteron and before we add dbol we should start slowly adding injectables. Dbol use will need an Ai 100%.

Please share more day to day information with us.

Diet, please share foods and meals and when you eat them, macros would be good
Training, please share actual exercises reps sets and weights, as you go especially get stronger
cardio how much do you do? when etc

I'm assuming you're in Canada
 
make sure that you adjust your dosing
might want to swap out the orals
 
I like that testosterone dose that's pretty good
might want to grab some Viagra though in case
 
yeah save the clen for another time
up I think you have a good read on your strategy here
 
Great to see you start the log up! I like the cycle but wouldn't even bother with the clen. Especially with how clean you are eating. The side effects outweigh the very small difference it will make in fat loss.

So, just an update here! Before even starting my cycle, I injured my wrist and suffered a grade 2 sprain which has currently healed about 90% but still minor pain persists. I dropped the idea of hopping on gear in an injured state. Instead, I decided to experiment with some compounds which I never used before. For the last 5 weeks, I was on these compounds and saw significant changes in body composition.


This log will be a recovery/maintainence log.

On 26th September I started the following schedule and ended this schedule today on 5th November 2024.

My current calorie intake is approximately 2000-2200 calories. I will be continuing to consume the same amount of calories to remain in a deficit.
Macros are approximately:
- Protein: 50% (170g)
- Carbs: 20% (130g)
- Fats: 30% (75g)

PEDs used:
- Test C: 80mg every 3.5 days [Pfizer - Pharmacy Grade]
- Stanozolol: 6mg Before Leg, shoulder and back days [Menabol - Pharmacy grade from India 2mg/tab]
- BPC157 + TB500 5mg/5mg Blend [250mcg Everyday for 5 weeks] [Qualitypeptides(dot)ca]
- Ostarine - 20mg/everyday [SYN Pharma]

Current Ancillaries:
Liver 52 DS

Starting weight: 77kg
Height: 170cm
Age: 28 years old

No bloodwork was done unfortunately since I live in Canada and do not have access to any doctors.

Training:
I currently train 7 days per week [5days weight training + cardio/ 2 days only cardio]:
- Monday - Shoulder
- Tuesday - Back + Biceps
- Wednesday - Cardio
- Thursday - Chest + Tricep
- Friday - Legs
- Saturday - Abs + Arms
-Sunday - Cardio

I am big on cardio and everyday Cardio sessions is aimed at burning 500+Calories in treadmill.


Stats at the end of the protocol :

Weight - 75kgs
Visible drop in body fat percentage.
Addition of some lean muscle tissue.
