20years old, 175lbs, 6’3


Brand new to all this. I’m more concerned about just losing weight overall, muscle takes a backseat so i’m planning on eating as little as possible so it’ll go quicker (1000-1500 calories a day, might water fast on weekends or wednesday and friday instead of vegetarian days). All my meals do contain a lot of protein however. Every wednesday and friday i need to eat vegan cause Im an orthodox christian. im just trying to get to around 8-10% bodyfat and I believe im around 12-15%

Just cycled off of clen and yohimbine so i’m not on anything right now except cardarine (20mg). my training is really just working construction right now. I lift and move stuff all day and i get 15-20k steps a day. I never take the hoist unless i need to, i prefer to take the stairs.

Don’t know what else to write. Let me know if I missed something. If there’s anything I can get to aid with the weight loss or if I should just wait the 2 weeks to cycle back on to clen. Maybe sema or get back on t3? idk you guys are the experts :) and i’m not lol. thanks for all the help so far also

Your diet is a little concerning.. Anything under 1500cals for extended periods. is not going to be enough to keep your daily functions/hormones running properly. Losing weight fast is not a good idea. Your going to be taking whatever muscle your have with it. Especially if you are not resistance training.
At your stats you have to be pretty skinny already.
Post a pic.
Also post your diet. WE can help you come up with a good plan.
 
Cycle your calories instead. And keep up the water fasting but add in fasted cardio.

Losing weight fast is not a good idea. Your going to be taking whatever muscle your have with it. Especially if you are not resistance training.
