I've took my last jab yesterday, so I'm gonna up my intensity while the deca is still in my system and I'll start my PCT in about 4 weeks time as the half life was pretty long on the esters. But I have posted my first ever pic and the most up-to-date one. And my progress is really pleasing. Thank you all for your comments, encouragement and advice. Know I need to do more cardio and still working on my diet, so once I sort that out I will be doing my next cycle as a cutting one. This first one was about putting on some meat and I've been lucky enough to put on almost 5.5kg!

Can start to make out the shape of my abs after today's workout. Given me more of a reason to keep upping my cardio and also going to increase my ab work.
My new routine is going to be
Day 1 chest and triceps
Day 2 cardio and abs
Day 3 back and biceps
Day 4 cardio and abs
Day 5 shoulders and abs
Day 6 cardio and abs
Day 7 legs

This will help me rest my muscle groups and also get in some quality cardio time.

@philmo23 you're impressive! really great before and after, you look much leaner now ! its a real impressive change
you've made life changes

on the PCT, you know it will be very hard to come off right?
and did you have low T before you started? bloods?
reason I ask is maybe you'll need TRT
