So, I last ate at about 8pm last night, it's 6am now, so go do the cardio first thing. Then how long do I wait until I eat? I've heard you talk about this on the podcast, but never about when to then put some food in my system. Do I wait for an hour or so to let the fat burning happen or is it an instant thing from the depleted surplus? In which case I can eat when I get home from the gym?
 
Fasted cardio and ab work, had no food for over 10 hours

10 mins bike
20 mins gentle jog with one minute sprints every four minutes
15 min stair machine

Abs
25 incline crunches x 4 sets
20 leg raises x 4 sets
Roman chair sit ups 20 reps x 3 sets

if you are trying to burn off excess fat let it go as long as possible before breaking the fast.
but make sure you are hydrating when you exercise. drink lots of water after

a strategy i would recommend for you based on your schedule is big lunch, moderate dinnner. so eat around 12 or 1pm, then have a moderate dinner but not too late.
