I usually just do 2. One when I wake up that has taken place of coffee for me (latte flavor with caffeine) and then one right after my workout. That's too much?Overall food looking pretty good man. Try to limit shakes and get more real food in it's place.

How much more protein should I be doing? I was under the impression 1g per pound of body weight was good. I am having a hard time with fiber but that's because I'm diabetic so eating carbs wrecks my blood sugar. Could I just use a supplement?protein and fiber can go up can you do that?
