Military Press (25s)
Front Raise (20s)
Standing Tricep Extensions (15s)
Push-Ups
Seated Dumbell Curl to Press (20s)

Abs: 60sec x3

In-and-outs
Flutter Kicks

25min Cardio (Treadmill walk, inclined)

My blood sugar got low into the 50s so I have to drink juice to get it up quickly. Sucks but it's one of the drawbacks of being diabetic :(

back off of the medications if your blood sugar is getting too low. as you improve your diet that's probably going to be what you have to do

Yeah it's been great. After many years of bad habits and 4 kids she was quite overweight for a while. About 6 months ago she started semiglutide and got serious about working out. She's lost about 80lbs in the last 6 months and looks smoking fkn hot now. I love it. She still wants to lose more but I think she looks amazing. It definitely helps when you're both doing it together, and for each other.
 
It's normal to have some soreness
 
make sure you follow up with some good rest
