Yes I can do that. I actually started with 20s but then had to drop to 15s at some point.@mrmikerat skulls you do 20s for 12 reps? can you lessen the weight and go up in reps please bro

Yeah it's been great. After many years of bad habits and 4 kids she was quite overweight for a while. About 6 months ago she started semiglutide and got serious about working out. She's lost about 80lbs in the last 6 months and looks smoking fkn hot now. I love it. She still wants to lose more but I think she looks amazing. It definitely helps when you're both doing it together, and for each other.Bros that’s awesome that you trained with your wife, must be nice to have your better half with you putting in that WORK together as a team
Love the 25 minute cardio finisher in the end too
