Yesterday's Workout Log

My back and chest workouts have mainly been maintenance level compared to arms and shoulders. So I'm looking forward to bringing them up in this next half of this cycle. My gym has 6 or 7 different Lat Pull Down machines of various types, and so I ventured out an tried something different this time. Was well worth it. The MaxPump machine is clearly named correctly haha. I think i'll focus on this one for the next few weeks at least. Whilst I really enjoy Dumbbell Pullovers, it has probably developed my chest better than it has my back. Whereas a good lat pull down machine really isolated my lats much better.

Below is video comparing the same exercise I captured about 8 weeks ago. On the left was around the start of my cycle and on the right is my condition yesterday. I'm just past the halfway mark of this cycle too and have been making good gains with my current diet and gear doses. I think I have more to squeeze out from my current dosage and diet so might only add a little more and keep riding the gains. I don't need to throw the kitchen sink at this and get sides. My aim is to keep developing and play the long game 🎯

I'm just past the halfway mark of this cycle too and have been making good gains with my current diet and gear doses. I think I have more to squeeze out from my current dosage and diet so might only add a little more and keep riding the gains. I don't need to throw the kitchen sink at this and get sides. Today's Workout Log

Really good workout in the hot weather today. I raised some of the weights and had good intensity throughout. However, had to rush a bit towards the end and skipped a couple sets of dips and just did 1 set of lateral raises to failure. I'm really enjoying this workout and I feel the progress moving a long. Also getting compliments from randoms at the gym too, which is a nice ego boost hahha.

I've had to order a wider backrest to my wheelchair to make the seat comfy again and the technician said if I grow another 1inch in width I'll need a whole new wheelchair to accommodate the next size backrest haha. I told him 'challenge accepted' 😉 haha

Today's workout log:

Session was going at a good pace until I jumped into an old friend I hadn't seen for a while. So had to cut the workout short and do 3 sets instead of 5 for the remaining exercises. Missed the pin loaded dip machine today, which is one of my favorites. I'll make it up on another day this week. Otherwise, feeling great, weights are progressing well and gains coming along too. I'll add my last bump up in my Masteron dose at the new year. So i'll be on 350mg Test and 700mg Mast E a week. The 2:1, mast:test ratio seems like a comfortable place for me for the last 5 weeks of this cycle. I don't think I need to leverage Tren on this cycle, so maybe save that for another time. I also did a blood test this morning just to check up on some health markers too.
