My back and chest workouts have mainly been maintenance level compared to arms and shoulders. So I'm looking forward to bringing them up in this next half of this cycle. My gym has 6 or 7 different Lat Pull Down machines of various types, and so I ventured out an tried something different this time. Was well worth it. The MaxPump machine is clearly named correctly haha. I think i'll focus on this one for the next few weeks at least. Whilst I really enjoy Dumbbell Pullovers, it has probably developed my chest better than it has my back. Whereas a good lat pull down machine really isolated my lats much better.
