I feel like i've got a lot left in the tank to keep progressing on my arms. I've finally found the right frequency, rep ranges and also specific exercises that my body responds to best. I reckon I can squeeze a bit more out of this final 4 remaining weeks of this log 🤞

Blood Test Results

I've been taking 5IU of @Core Pharma HGH before bed every night. And these are my IGF1 levels. Safe to say that it's doing what it's supposed to be doing. Any aussies who haven't tried this, get in touch with Core Pharma and make an order - you won't regret it! 🫡

As an interesting note, my IGF1 numbers on 3IU were only slightly lower than this. It was 53nmol/L at 3 IU. So it's probably the case that my liver is maxing out its IFG1 production around this HGH dosage. Looks like a bit of plateau, but obviously still almost twice the reference range!

2024 to 2025 you look MUCH bigger and stronger.

Also your food come on so nice, perfect high protein. :D to the top.

Man, your arms look tremendous. Can definitely tell the difference in just a few months.
 
5iu hgh is working well for you man.
i wonder though if you should switch it up to AM instead of PM injections.

Interesting suggestion bro. What impact do you think that would have?

I've recently dropped down to 3IU nightly instead of 5IU and I've pretty much eliminated the tingling in my hands (that was pretty much my only negative side effect).

I've made a change to my workout split to manage fatigue but also get the number of sets per body part per week that I'm aiming for. I've had success with this sort of full body split in the past and it has worked well. My training days are now Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. I aim to keep the weekends as rest in order to spend more time with family. And the Wednesday in between will be filled with a light swimming session at the pools soon as well. I'm aiming for 20 sets per body part per week. And this time I'm doing pyramid sets for each exercise. So after a quick light warm up, i'll go straight into my heavy set for 10-15 reps and do 3-4 drop sets with about 30-60 sec break between sets.

Today's workout was great! I worked up a good sweat and powered thru the workout. I am getting some irritation on my right tricep tendon so I might give overhead extensions and skull crushers a rest for a couple weeks to let it ease up a little and focus on different variations that don't cause pain in the meantime.

Full Body works better for me since I don't have to do legs 🤪

Workout Video (taken at today's workout)

This is the M-Torture Lat Pull Down machine. It's plate loaded for each side. I prefer the close grip to give me the best stretch. My gym has about 6 different lat-pulldown variations but i've come to settle on this one recently. I am able to anchor myself well onto the machine. This is important for me because often the weights lift my bum off the seat and stuff up the exercise. I am able to pin my knees down and keep relatively still performing the exercise. It gives me a very good lat contraction and just overall feels effective. I could probably bring my elbow down to my side a bit deeper to perfect the form, but i'm working on that too. This video is my heavy set (first set) and then I pyramid down from here.

Thank you for sharing @TheOne1 you're looking very big and very strong, arms super thick and shoulders chest pumped. :D impressive training.
