I feel like i've got a lot left in the tank to keep progressing on my arms. I've finally found the right frequency, rep ranges and also specific exercises that my body responds to best. I reckon I can squeeze a bit more out of this final 4 remaining weeks of this log

I've been taking 5IU of @Core Pharma HGH before bed every night. And these are my IGF1 levels. Safe to say that it's doing what it's supposed to be doing. Any aussies who haven't tried this, get in touch with Core Pharma and make an order - you won't regret it!
As an interesting note, my IGF1 numbers on 3IU were only slightly lower than this. It was 53nmol/L at 3 IU. So it's probably the case that my liver is maxing out its IFG1 production around this HGH dosage. Looks like a bit of plateau, but obviously still almost twice the reference range!
