Today's Workout Log

Comments:
I went into the gym today on an empty stomach in the morning. Only had my pre-workout shake and sipping on powerade and EAA's during the workout. It felt great. Had an awesome workout with a great pump in the heat here. I'm liking this split. It keeps the workouts exciting and has enough variation to keep going.

I was a little unwell over the end of the week last week, so I had a bit of a rest. Felt fantastic coming back!

Photo taken after not having the best week of workout out last week. Kept my diet up and a little cardio for the most part tho.
2.5 weeks left of this cycle and still edging out some body fat along the way. Arm thicc-ness is growing and so is delt definition. It doesn't happen overnight, so just gotta stick with the process with what's working and keep at it to keep growing 🚀

Not every session needs to be great

yea that's what it was. I think a bit of a virus but went thru me pretty quickly and got back on track :)
