Progress Pic (taken at today's workout)
1 week of this 20 week cycle remaining and progress has been fantastic. I'm probably at the lowest body fat I've ever been, and muscles are feeling thiccer and fuller accompanied with vascularity. I've still got heaps of progress left in the tank. I'm not burnt out at all and feeling very healthy and motivated in the gym. I'll be doing a blood test in a couple of days and if it looks anything like my previous blood test, I probably won't even go on a cruise after this and just keep it going. I haven't done anything drastic or reached for the more harsher compounds, and whilst I'm tempted, I feel i've got more gains left in the tank even at my current dose of Test and Mast. My goal this cycle was to put on lean mass across my shoulders and arms, and I think I've begun to do that. Getting my diet and exercise selection and volume has been the real game changer. Looking forward to posting the full before and after comparison from week 1 to week 20 very soon!
