This is the MaxPump Seated Bicep Curl Machine at my gym. It's my favorite and gives a great pump and allows me to squeeze those extra last reps too. I prefer to do this single armed in order to stabilize myself better. My spinal injury mean's my lower abdominals don't work much or at all and so stability is key for me in order to focus on the bicep contraction. This video is of my left hand. I seem to have better visible vascularity on this side haha so it comes out well in the video here too.

Workout Logs
These 2 are the final workout logs for week 20 of this cycle. So that's a wrap!
I've learnt so about the workout style, volume and intensity I need to grow my body over the last 20 weeks. I'm really glad that I did this log as it's allowed me to reflect and optimise my training and it's working too!
This isn't the end tho, I will definitely be continuing this progress on a new upcoming log. I really appreciate the motivation and love from the entire EVO fam and team. It's really inspired me to keep pushing and posting updates. Everyone here is a huge support and your comments and likes really do make a positive impact on me.
