Did a bit of extra cardio over the weekend. So 2 x 30mins sessions. Couldn't squeeze a weights session at the gym, unfortunately. But the next two weeks are full steam ahead, don't have anything in my way!
Yea it's a cable curl that you do in a stretched position. I prefer to do it as a hammer curl instead of a traditional grip because it's easier on my wrist. I don't know why, but it puts unusual pressure on my wrist when it comes to cables that way :/
I've been pinning 0.3ml of each of these daily (works out to be 525mg Test E a week and 420mg Primo E a week). Both compounds are @HybridLabs. This is how much of each vial I have left so far. I mix both oils into the same barrel of a syringe to reduce PIP from the Primo. I still get slight PIP tho, but it's much better than doing it on its own. I've been pinning alternating delts.
I did a blood testthis morning to keep an eye on my Estrogen levels just to see what this dose of Primo has done to it. I felt like my sex drive had dropped over the last couple of weeks (that could be due to various non-gear-related reasons such as illness too), but I thought it was a good time to check it out anyway. There are a few other tests such as Cystatin C, CRP, Lipids, Progesterone, Prolactin, DHEA and others. This info would be good to know as I'm due to add NPP into my cycle in a couple of weeks. Will share the results here when I get them

A big thank you to @Core Pharma for sending through a second batch of their HGH. I have been pinning 3.33IU nightly(so currently I finish 1 vial every 3 days) and have tolerated it very well. It's made a noticeable difference to my sleep quality and recovery. This has been fantastic! My muscles feel a little fuller but I don't think I've had much water retention and can't gauge fat loss yet tbh. I'm only 2 weeks in though. I think the telmisartan keeps most of that under control. I have pinned both SubQ and IM, but will stick with IM moving forward. I did my first bicep HGH injection last night haha. It just appeared like a weird place to pin, but it went in easy and I made sure to stay away from blood vessels. Might keep to the biceps and triceps for IM HGH injections moving forward. I also included an IGF1 test in my blood test this morning. So it will be interesting to compare the numbers with the baseline I had before this cycle. Will share the results when I have them
