My next NPP run

2nd time gonna use NPP
I’m 28 years old
5’10’’ 217 pounds. Around 14% body fat
I want to cap my body fat at 16%, not any more then that. So i have some room to bulk, but mostly i want to get in some size.
Training at the gym 4x per week, 4 day split. Mon, wed, thur, and sat is my schedule
My thoughts are trying NPP 250mgs a week this time instead of 400mgs. But i want to add in some more steroids. What do you recommend i use?

I recommend testosterone as a base,also good idea to run proviron with 19nors,nandrolones,I would keep it at 400mg and test at 250mg.
 
if you are really 16% then cut down man. why? because what is the point of using steroids if you have some belly fat?

plus it leaves you room to truly enjoy the benefits of nandrolone which is the appetite increase. first time i ran deca i was 6% body fat no joke. i was able to really take advantage of the mass building properties cause i had room to grow!

npp 200mgs and test 250mgs thats all you need
 
you should also consider masteron as a stack

you need test in there bro 400mg weekly
