Approved Log My Off Season - Testosterone Enanthate, Masteron Enanthate, NPP, HGH, and Humalog Cycle Log

-Leonidas-

V.I.P.
EVO Logger
What’s up guys!

I’ll be starting my last off season cycle hopefully this Monday coming up. This will be my last push before I start contest prep so I need to dial in and make sure I leave no stones unturned. I don’t want to go into prep wishing I would’ve done more. This is where the work is done so the importance is paramount. I’m still waiting on the gear I’m hoping I’ll have it all by then. I’m using Euro Pharmacies and I ordered from https://puritysourcelabs.ru. This will be my first time using Euro Pharmacies and PSL so I’ll keep you guys updated with my opinion on their gear. I’m using their Test, Masteron, and NPP. GH is from a trusted source I’ve used for a while, but that may change. I’m hearing good things about the GH from PSL so I may switch over at certain point I’ll let you know if I do. The humalog is from the pharmacy.

Starting weight: 270lbs

Starting Dose: 500 Test E, 400 Mast E, 200 NPP, 5 iu of GH daily.

Starting diet: 300 g protein, 350 g carbs, 100 g fats

Food source: Chicken, beef, jasmine rice, oats, fruits (bananas and dates), and greens

Humalog I won’t add in right away. Last cycle I started it when I started my cycle and I ballooned up to 315 in 4 weeks. I also upped the food too fast which is why I’ll slowly increase the food as I go this cycle. I don’t want to gain weight too fast and then have to cut back because I put on too much fat. The same idea is applied to the gear. I’ll slowly titrate the doses until I reach the desired dose on each compound. I don’t have a specific goal in mind I go by feel and look. Last cycle I experimented and went higher than ever with doses and deeply regretted it. I’m prone to mental side effects and my mental health went to shit. My physical health also took a hit. I had to start sleeping with a cpap and went on blood pressure medication (telmisartan, 40mg daily) for the first time ever. 320lbs does not feel good especially the first time you get there. The good news is my bloodwork is perfect now, and I’ve had my heart checked and it’s in perfect health as well. I didn’t rush things this cruise I let all my ranges come back to normal and gave myself the much needed mental break until I felt I was in a good enough spot to push again. This is the perfect starting point.

Workout split:
Monday- Quads and calves
Tuesday- Shoulders and forearms
Wednesday- Biceps and back
Thursday- Chest, triceps, and abs
Friday- Hamstring and lower back
Saturday- Biceps and back
Sunday- Rest (and another rest day if needed)
And repeat….

My training style has changed throughout the years. I use to be a high volume guy, but as I’ve gotten bigger I’ve found I don’t react to high volume as well as I use to. I’ve amped up the intensity and weight, but I try my hardest to not sacrifice form and contraction. I lift as heavy as possible while still being able to maintain the connection with the muscle and feel the contraction. Some body parts that may be in the 6-8 rep range other body parts that may be in 10-12. I’ve been doing this a long time I’m 31 now, and I started lifting weights when I was 12. I like to think I’ve learned my body well so I operate off of instinct and anecdotal evidence with how my body reacts in most aspects of bodybuilding. On the same note I’m big on data when it comes to health. I get my bloodwork done consistently and I’ve had the important organs checked thoroughly. Mental and physical health isn’t talked about enough in bodybuilding. It’s usually discussed at surface level because it’s boring for people to listen to, but you have to stay healthy. Your health is the most important thing and lots of people are willing to risk it until the problems arise and then they wish they had taken it more seriously. Get your bloodwork, get your heart checked, and take your mental health seriously. Don’t take things that make you feel like shit. The benefits you get from a harsh compound will be far outweighed by a healthy mind in the end. Being happy will do more for your gains than sacrificing and feeling like shit and doing nothing about it. Anyways I’ve said enough lol! Wish me luck!

I forgot to mention cardio! You have to stay on top of heart health especially when you get heavy as hell. I’m currently doing cardio 5 times a week at 45 mins per session. I’ll continue that to start, but if I’m not gaining weight how I want to be i’ll cut back
@-Leonidas- thank you for getting this up and sharing with the EVO family :D you are not officially a part of our family.

Can you please share a picture of you with your face blurred? this will help us understand you and your base.

I think mental health is a huge discussion point for all fitness, muscle, bodybuilding and iron guys that we aren't discussing enough. A lot of iron brothers in our industry really have to take a step back and slowly deal with body dysmorphia that we all have, including myself, and push the drive hard in the gym to get passed it. Not try to replace that feeling with tren. You're fully right on this.

Please share more day to day information with us.

Diet, Training, Cardio
Diet, please share foods and meals and when you eat them, macros would be good
Training, please share actual exercises reps sets and weights, as you go especially get stronger
cardio how much do you do? when etc
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

supplements
what digestive supps you use?
digestive enzymes?
multis?
probiotics?
psyllium husk?

pictures
please share pictures of you face blurred (every 1-2 weeks)
pics of your meals as you go
pics of your training as you go

I agree 100%. No recent check in photos because I did my last off season cycle without a coach. I have candid gym photos I’ll post, but I will start weekly check in photos in the poses with clothes off starting next week.

You're in the USA or CA?

Pinning schedule is your new one or current one? @-Leonidas-

USA. That’s what my pinning schedule will be for the cycle once I start. Right now I’m on 200 test weekly and I pin Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I’m also on 5iu of GH daily already
If you in the USA you should be using n2guard for cycle support, best organ liver support and they back the EVO family :D @-Leonidas-

Very nice look for that level of pinning.
your first day of blast is?

This is absolutely the case we are seeing bodybuilders dropping dead from heart disease all the time

Bros, that's good that you ordered from Purity Source labs. They are legit and they got great products.

Wow, you are a big dude.

270 lbs much respect for that.

Diet macros look good. You're going a little high on the carbs, but it's working out well for you so far.

That’s high!!?? Hahaha this is just the start of the push the carbs will go much higher. I’ve gotten stage ready on almost 300 carbs. Everyone has different metabolisms. I have to go much higher in carbs than this to put on weight in the off season.
