Another update here , upped my mast prop by 100mg ! So 300mg mast prop from @pur-pharma-canada is absolutely kicking hard !

Diet on training days is currently

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 english muffin
  • 60g oats
  • 100g blueberries
  • 200g 0% sugar free Greek yogurt OR 200g egg whites

C: 115 P: 55 F: 26


Meal #2


  • 170g chicken
  • 300g white rice
  • 80g greens
  • 5g oil

  • 170g extra lean GB
  • 100g fruit
  • 400g white rice

diet is real legit keeping it pro level, but i think you need WAY more protein man :) like at least add 2-3 shakes to boost

on the training, you going pro, you're keeping a training log right? can you share it please

Don't go overboard too Much on those carbs, though.
