I haven't had all of olives in a long time
These are home made .
Nothing but salt and a few slices of lemon added .
If you like bitter and salty you’ll love these .
Really cuts through the Richn
make sure you get in some fasted cardio
Yeah bro , been lazy this week amd didn’t do any fasted cardio .
But will definitely get back into it .
My energy levels are through the roof amd I’ve been sleeping really well so no exuse

Calf extensions

Ankles started hurting so I took that as a que to stop . Don’t know why they hurt but I ain’t risking it .


20 mins cardio



Had some kidneys and butter at around 11 am .
2 kidneys .


9pm after training had second and final meal for the day

Lambs liver , and beef steak cut into little cubes , cooked with onion in ghee.
Poured some melded ghee over the top for more fat .
A shot of apple cider vinegar ,
A glass of grape fruit juice
And some sugar free cordial .( apple and blackcurrant my favourite)
Also had a piece of pickeled turnip .
Sleepiness is starting to hit .
 
These things take time eventually u will hit the target goal and move onto the next goal and stay the path.

we need to see more of that
try to stick to meat/eggs only for now

commit every day to do fasted cardio just do it for 10 or 15 minutes that's better than nothing
