Saterday and Sunday I have family commitments .
So no updates other than some bbq Chicken . I’ll upload some photos of the spread .
It’s my daughter’s birthday so not all the food you will see is mine . I’m just gonna eat chicken .
Enjoy yourself. No need to just eat chicken. That’s not healthy for your mind.

I enjoyed the chicken .
There’re was a lot of deep fried food , and it’s one of the foods that actually make me sick.
Don’t know if you been following or if you remember my gut issues , but I’ve basicly found out that fibre is one of the big causes of my gastric issues .
I’ve given up seed oils a while ago now , dairy I’m almost completely off .
Basicly I’m about 90 % carnivore diet now .
