Pull session was tonight’s session .
I’ve really got to reassess my volume . I can see the quality of my sessions going down .
I’m just not recovering as well as I used to with sick low calorie intake .

20 mins cardio tread mill

Food was fasted till 2:30 pm .
Lots of water , a zero sugar energy drink , half a carrot.
Some pickels . At 2:30 ate one of the meals I put together a couple of days Ago .
I was going to eat an orange but I forgot .
Hiccups all day and a head ache .
Came home at around 5 pm , wife had grilled some chicken shawarma.
It’s just marinated chicken breast sliced up and grilled on a hot plate , it’s a brand new hot plate that doesn’t require oil . I love it .
Had that with lettuce garlic sauce ( fatty ) and chilli sauce and onions in a wrap .
Vomited most of it out haha .
Sipping on no sugar cordial till it’s time to sleep .
Cardio in the morning

but the fasting you didnt eat carrot during fasting right?

id like to see you add the walnuts is that possible?

training is good up the cardio a bit +10min

Hey bro , no the carrot was with my lunch .at 2:30 pm .
I had walnuts with the lunch too .
I think I’m not actually getting bigger but the fact I’m getting leaner helps show what muscle I do have and gives the illusion of getting bigger , you know what I mean bro ?
I’ve got my mind set on this.
I love how you keep pushing these little ideas into my head haha .
More cardio before I start the weights yiu say ?
Does that include on legs days ? Tonight is legs .
What do you suggest ?

@dirty I think you're getting bigger muscles while leaning out :) you're looking much better every time

yes more cardio before weights and after
with your situation, concentrate on cardio more even on leg day
doesnt have to be 2-3 hour marathons but walking up an incline on treadmill 2-4 and speed 2-2.5, you can listen to the EVO podcast (shameless plug i know lol ;) https://www.evolutionary.org/podcasts/
and do your cardio

seeing those veins showing up and the shoulders
that's a good sign means you're leaning up
 
spices garlic and sauces and even onions are really rough on the gut
especially if you have IBS
