Did leg workout today
10 mins cardio warm up
5 x 12 leg curls
5x12 leg extensions
5x12 calf raises
5 x12 leg press
3 x 12 abductors
3 x 12 adductors
Abdominal work , crunches till fail x 3
20 mins cardio
All last sets on each exercise was to failure .
Sometimes I went higher than 12 on some exercises just to get a nice burn .
I’m thinking of adding squats to my leg day but we only have smith machines and no free barbells at my gym .
May have to put my home gym together and tidy up my garage . Retake my space.
Food was some fish and polenta .
I been very sick and and I’m vomiting uo some of the food I ate over 24 hours ago . I’ve had diareah since yesterday but it’s calmed down . Nothing to poop out anymore I think really .
Was a gamble doing legs today haha

Lean beef mice and eggs , with polenta . I’ll have some fresh veggies with this .
