Yeah bro . That’s why I hate breaking routine . Hate getting caught out at meal time with nothing .

All last sets on each exercise was to failure .
Sometimes I went higher than 12 on some exercises just to get a nice burn .
I’m thinking of adding squats to my leg day but we only have smith machines and no free barbells at my gym .
May have to put my home gym together and tidy up my garage . Retake my space.
Food was some fish and polenta .
I been very sick and and I’m vomiting uo some of the food I ate over 24 hours ago . I’ve had diareah since yesterday but it’s calmed down . Nothing to poop out anymore I think really .
Was a gamble doing legs today haha

Big thanks to anabolic chicken for passing me a list of approved foods that he uses for his clients , gave me the idea for the polenta .

I do have a busy schedule though so when I do finnaly sit down I’m pretty much burnt out.

Anyhow .
Last night was a push session .
Diet has been pretty much the same nothing to update .
I’ve added a prebiotic or pro biotic what ever it’s called .
I think it really is helping digestion .
A bunch of other meds doctor gave me . Hasnt done anything for me as of yet .

Fats is a small hand full of walnuts .
Still not eating till 2pm .
Still snacking on pickels .
Half a grapefruit.
I’ll have some stock if I’m hungry .
And I’ve been eating a second meal.

This morning . Had my Helios shot , my hgh fragment , both courtesy of Popeye labs and my lcarnatine shot courtesy of premium supps before heading to the gym .

Got a full hour of cardio in .
I’m really enjoying the cardio . It’s better than coffee .

I think it’s time to push the cardio even more. Some more intensity or maybe a day where I do hiit .
I’d really love to utalise the local beaches and maybe do some sand dune runs .

We make our own yogurt, real yogurt . Sour as hell .
I love me some kimchi .
And sauerkraut, I should start making some again .
But yeah I’m a big believer in eating fermented food .
You know we have a Lebanese delicacy called shanklish , it’s basically fermented cottage cheese.
How good is that haha !

Didn’t go last night gym . Think I was coming down with a flu or something .
Anyways . I ate a whole chicken and went to sleep early so my body can heal .
Worst night of sleep ever .
It’s now 1:44 in the afternoon and I still feel stuffed .

Definitely going gym this evening though . I feel hungry for it.

I’ve really got to reassess my volume . I can see the quality of my sessions going down .
I’m just not recovering as well as I used to with sick low calorie intake .

Food was fasted till 2:30 pm .
Lots of water , a zero sugar energy drink , half a carrot.
Some pickels . At 2:30 ate one of the meals I put together a couple of days Ago .
I was going to eat an orange but I forgot .
Hiccups all day and a head ache .
Came home at around 5 pm , wife had grilled some chicken shawarma.
It’s just marinated chicken breast sliced up and grilled on a hot plate , it’s a brand new hot plate that doesn’t require oil . I love it .
Had that with lettuce garlic sauce ( fatty ) and chilli sauce and onions in a wrap .
Vomited most of it out haha .
Sipping on no sugar cordial till it’s time to sleep .

I had walnuts with the lunch too .
I think I’m not actually getting bigger but the fact I’m getting leaner helps show what muscle I do have and gives the illusion of getting bigger , you know what I mean bro ?
I’ve got my mind set on this.
I love how you keep pushing these little ideas into my head haha .
More cardio before I start the weights yiu say ?

@dirty I think you're getting bigger muscles while leaning out :) you're looking much better every time

yes more cardio before weights and after
with your situation, concentrate on cardio more even on leg day
doesnt have to be 2-3 hour marathons but walking up an incline on treadmill 2-4 and speed 2-2.5, you can listen to the EVO podcast (shameless plug i know lol ;) https://www.evolutionary.org/podcasts/
and do your cardio

True that brother . I’d like to drop at least another 20 kg . I think that’s a good milestone for me to look foward to .

Im officially banned from eating garlic because of how my gut reacts. .
Makes me do painful sulfer burps
