Pre-cycle: 1 week before, the day before, ...
Intra-cycle: after 2 weeks, 4 weeks, ...
Post-cycle: the day after my last injection/oral intake, 2 weeks, 1 month, ...

@Dannyy I suggest pre cycle 1 week, no need intra cycle, post cycle 3 weeks but really we need more info from you
