I'm celebrating today boys, after 18 months I finally got my license back and my car on the road! What a blessing! So I'll be DRIVING to the gym first thing in the morning to hit it hard!
I've definitely been more dialed with my nutrition since I started this log and it's showing. I've lost several pounds over the past few weeks and am definitely getting leaner. The log is doing what it should and helping me remain accountable.
My buddies own a cigar shop here in Central FL and they have their own brand, they just released this new Connecticut, got to try it today, it was I don't smoke them often but on special occasions I will enjoy one. What do y'all think about cigars? I know Arnald loves them! Lol
