Haven't done these split stance movements in a while, keeping the weight light and focusing on technique. Workout felt great!

Needed some fuel for class this morning, Spanish market for the win! Scrambled eggs with ham, plantains, yuca, fried queso and blood sausage. How sus is that blood sausage tho? Lmao

Weight Training: Legs

Bulgarian split stance squats
30lb 3x12

Weighted stand up
30lb 3x12

Single leg curl
25lb 3x12

Single-leg stiff legged deadlift
15lb 3x12

Single Leg calf raises
45lb 4x12

Cardio: Hike

33min; 2.2mi @ 3.8mph

Diet:

Post-workout meal:
12oz raw milk
1 scoop grass-fed whey protein
1 scoop organic Naked PB powder

Meal 2:
Scrambled eggs with ham
Sausage patties
Blood sausage
Fried plantains
Fries queso
Yuca

Meal 3:
Roasted pork
White rice and beans

Meal 4:
Chicken Tacos:
2 Mission carb balance flour tortillas
8oz ground chicken
2oz Mexican cheese
4oz organic sour cream

Desert:
1oz Brie

Day 27

Finishing up week one of this PPL program, day seven is mobility work, felt great! I'm loving this program right now.

Class in Daytona this morning, left early and hit the beach to catch the sunrise. Got in a great walk, y'all know it's hard to walk on the beach? Hell of an ankle/calf workout.

Diet has been a little loose since I got my license back, been celebrating a bit and hitting some spots I haven't been to in years. I'm ok with it tho, I'm about to lock it back down again. That donut tho....

Mobility Session:

Child's pose

5 reps 5sec hold each side

Frogger
10 reps 5sec hold

Thread the needle
10 reps 5sec hold each side

Handcuff with rotation
10 reps 20sec hold each reps

Reach roll lift
10 reps each side

Wall presses
