Leg press
180lb 1x10, 230lb 4x10 > 350lb 4x6

PM Workout:

Leg curls
80lb 5x10 > 90lb 5x10

Leg extensions
120lb 4x10 > 140lb 5x10

Standing calf raises
160lb 5x5 > 170lb 5x5

Seated calf raises
160lb 5x5 > 170lb 5x5

Hanging leg raises
x15, x15, x12, x10, x10
x16, x16, x16, x12, x12

Side chops
22lb 2x10, 16.5lb 3x10 > 16.5lb 5x10

Diet:

I didn't eat too much today, I had my raw milk and whey protein shake, a 4 egg omelette with chicken and cheddar cheese and a pint of halo top cookies n cream ice cream. I was planning on going to a buddy's for dinner but didn't end up over there so my food intake was definitely low but I don't mind. I'll dial it back in tomorrow!

Awesome brother! Would love to be able to share directly. It's saying it's a file format issue but these are .mp4 files which is a standard video format, idk. I'm sure y'all will figure it out.
