I am new to this forum therefore know nothing about it.
MY LOG
So i am taking this diet i haven't use any type of drugs neither any supplements. I want to start my first cycle to gain lean muscle mass.
Currently I'm in a calorie deficit of 600 by diet +400 calories burned by doing cardio.
In total 1000 calorie deficit
Current calories 1800
Macros:
180 gm protien
Carbs 135gm
Fat 60gm
I have no idea about any cycle i just have some info about winstrol clen dbol tren a etc

@capital.credit to start off you should be using vitamins, at least 1 multi vitamin per day with vitamin C and D thats basic you should also be taking probiotics

next, your diet is not posted, we need to see the following in detail

diet, your meals foods and when you eat them
example: 8am 10 egg writes 1 cup oatmeal 4 walnuts
training, we need to see your exercise weights reps and when you do them
example: bench press 225lbs x 10, 8,6
that means the whole day every other day you can post this or every day, we need to see it long enough to understand your situation and where you are
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

also we need to see some pictures of the following
-your meals that you eat pics
-your training a pic in the gym

details are a log, and you need a lot more details posted

We need to see exactly what you eat and how you train. What does a typical week look like for you?
As I said in your other post your not in bad shape you just need to tighten up a bit. I don’t think you need drugs at this point.

that is great you are doing this
but make sure you gear is top shelf
ugfreak.to has para pharm!
 
if you can get pictures of you training or pictures of your food that would be really cool
 
be more detailed on your training information so we can see exactly how many sets and reps are doing
 
spending a few minutes a day on your log is the best thing you will do
 
you can take n2guard
it acts as a multi vitamin and more
