I'm Charles and I'm glad to join this column. I'm very excited and grateful that I can find this website and meet all of you guys. I've been told that I can start my log before the cycle and get advice about my diet and training so here it is.

I've known about bodybuilding for two years and have trained since then, on and off. I started to take it seriously in March and it has been 9 months. I trained 6 days per week and 3 hours each time.
I'm thinking about starting my first cycle in February next year after my winter cutting session. I hope I can get leaner and lift heavy weights, my current bench is 245 and my goal is 315 after the cycle. I get motivated by the trentwins and Sam Sulek. I hope one day that I can be the biggest guy in the gym.
cycle: 400mg test E for 12 weeks
12.5mg Aromasin 3 times a week for 12 weeks
Pct: Cardarine week 1-6 10mg/ed
Clomid week 3-6 50/50/25/25
Nolva week 3-6 40/20/20/20
Aromasin week 3-6 12.5/12.5/5/5 twice a week( I'm not sure if i should use this since its ald been 2 weeks after cycle )
Ostarine week 3-6 25/25/12.5/12.5/ed
Meds will provided by the local steroid lab since I live in Italy consider the shipment will be easier.
And another question: if I use Ostarine to reserve my muscle, does that mean I have to start my 2nd cycle after my pct so I won't lose my muscle which reserved by Ostarine or I won't need to use this at all if I don't want to start my 2nd cycle right away(i only want to do cycle when summer comes), since my muscle gonna lose anyway if I stop using test.
Here is my cycle plz give thoughts and advice would help a lot.
Diet: I'm right now on my winter cutting and I use carb cycling.
6-day/ carb cycle
day1: low carb day: 400g chicken breast, 300g white rice, 100g peanut
day2: low carb day: 400g chicken breast, 300g white rice, 100g peanut
day3: mid carb: 400g chicken breast, 600g white rice, 50g peanut
day4: low carb day: 400g chicken breast, 300g white rice, 100g peanut
day5: low carb day: 400g chicken breast, 300g white rice, 100g peanut
day6: high carb day: 400g chicken breast, 600g white rice, 100g bread, 1L milk, 250g cereal
Training(I will upload details on specific day)
day1 chest (powerlifting) and front delt/ tri
day2 back and rear delt/bi
day3 deltoid or arm
day4 chest (volume) and front delt/ tri depends on day one training
day5 back and rear delt/bi depends on day two training
day6 deltoid or arm depends on day 3 training
day7 rest
