How’s your weight doing? Should be dropping fast with the low cals.
Since I got here last month, I've already shed around 3-4 lbs. My goal is to drop a total of 7-8 lbs by the end of December, aiming for about 2 lbs per week. I want to avoid losing weight too quickly and sacrificing muscle.

@co8ba you're doing great in 1 month, perfect results, you keep it up whats going on is working for you

I think you are up to a good start bro and cutting before bulking is a good idea provided you remain at 12-13% body fat. You mentioned not losing more than 2lbs a week to avoid losing muscle so it tells me you know what you are doing.

I didn't see your macros though? Did you count them? You could go to 170g of protein plus or minus 10%

of course, I do 140-160 protein/ed
100/200/300 carbs
80/40/0 fats
low/mid/high carbs day
 
I mean did you use a calorie calculator to figure out your calories?

I don't think it's a good idea to do 0 fats.
I eat the same thing every day, totaling around 1800 calories, which results in a daily calorie deficit of about 500-700.
And of course, it's not 0 fats, it's just no added fat on purpose.

Your test and libido may drop with zero fats. I would up it to at-least 30g

Immaculate Conception Day so my gym didn't open.
30min fasted cardio.

diet:
50g oatmeal
500g chicken breast
250g rice
4 eggs
50g nuts
90carbs 140 protein 50fats
@co8ba too bad gym closed but why didnt you do home training? push ups etc?

now the diet you can boost the protein on off days and add some omega 3 caps

It's fine; I can take the day as my rest day this week.

I do eat omega-3. Do you mean I should eat more on my off day? I get the point of boosting protein.

@co8ba on days off boost omega 3 for recovery and protein needs to be high on days off for recovery.
