Since I got here last month, I've already shed around 3-4 lbs. My goal is to drop a total of 7-8 lbs by the end of December, aiming for about 2 lbs per week. I want to avoid losing weight too quickly and sacrificing muscle. How’s your weight doing? Should be dropping fast with the low cals.

I think you are up to a good start bro and cutting before bulking is a good idea provided you remain at 12-13% body fat. You mentioned not losing more than 2lbs a week to avoid losing muscle so it tells me you know what you are doing.Since I got here last month, I've already shed around 3-4 lbs. I didn't see your macros though? Did you count them? You could go to 170g of protein plus or minus 10%
I mean did you use a calorie calculator to figure out your calories?of course, I do 140-160 protein/ed
100/200/300 carbs
80/40/0 fats
low/mid/high carbs day
I eat the same thing every day, totaling around 1800 calories, which results in a daily calorie deficit of about 500-700.I mean did you use a calorie calculator to figure out your calories?
I don't think it's a good idea to do 0 fats.
Your test and libido may drop with zero fats. I would up it to at-least 30gI eat the same thing every day, totaling around 1800 calories, which results in a daily calorie deficit of about 500-700.
And of course, it's not 0 fats, it's just no added fat on purpose.
Good choice.Your test and libido may drop with zero fats. I would up it to at-least 30g
