Approved Log My Pre-cycle Diet Training Log

I would be doing fasted cardio every single day
Good idea. But I'm a little concerned if I do cardio 2 times a day I could lose more muscle. I usually do cardio after workouts, the intensity depends on diet, more intense on low-carb days. I'm sure I will lose fat faster with fasted cardio so I prob try it for about a month.

@co8ba you can lose muscle but if you on high protein you wont

you doing high protein? update us more on diet training

11.27 training log
Some heavy lifting sets(for me): bench(chest and upper chest)
Squeezing sets: pec deck/ chest press
tri ceps and outer chest
a few front delt
abs(2-3times a week)
cardio 25min intense

Diet
replaced peanut with walnuts 50 g (30g fats) cereal with oatmeal as suggested
pre-workout: a sandwich with some ham (20g carb 10g protein 10g fats)
post-wk: 400g chicken(100 protein)
rice 300g (70 g carb) didn't find wild rice so still white rice, will try another supermarket tmr or Amazon
4 fried eggs (30g protein 30g fats)

In total: 90g carb 140g protein 70g fats

@co8ba good new additions but replace the bread too with something like fitness breadhigh fiber
keep the updates coming and pics too
 
Personally I’m not a fan of you hopping on gear at 24. I think you would be better suited for a sarms cycle.

I don't know much about Sarms, but I'm trying to avoid using oral peds to keep my liver healthy. I read about two or three articles about rad140 causing liver damage. But is it worth using compare to test e/cyp about side effects(organ-related) and its effectivity? I know I won't have to use Aromasin or something like that to resist estrogen and PCT looks more moderate. I'm open to Sarms as my first cycle, need more advice

some heavy machine rows with one drop set
pull-ups and lat pulldowns for upper lats
seated row and wide grip lat pulldowns---- squeezing sets
some rear delts and bi
a little leg
15min intense cardio(mid carb day so less time than usual)

Diet (mid-carb DAY)
replaced white bread with high-fiber one
pre workout: still white bread sandwich cuz I need to finish the previous one(shouldn't waste food)
post: 400g lean beef, I overcooked it, tastes like shit, will try to fry it tmr
500g rice
dinner: 4 fried egg

overall: 180g carb 140g protein 40g fat
 
make sure you stick with whole food ingredients as much as possible
