Today is high carbs day.

Have Breakfast while watching YouTube (Why is Melinda Lindmark so popular these days, Larry and Mike both post training videos with her on the same day, she is bigger than Mike btw, damn )
100 g oatmeal with some hazelnuts and raisins
500ml skimmed milk
5g chocolate butter

75g carbs 45g protein 10g fats

I don't know much about Sarms, but I'm trying to avoid using oral peds to keep my liver healthy. I read about two or three articles about rad140 causing liver damage. But is it worth using compare to test e/cyp about side effects(organ-related) and its effectivity? I know I won't have to use Aromasin or something like that to resist estrogen and PCT looks more moderate. I'm open to Sarms as my first cycle, need more advice
Dylan is the sarms guru on this and can explain it better than anyone here and I will see if he can reach out. It’s more of the damage it can cause you later in life. A good base needs to be built before messing with your natural testosterone and more than not younger men are told steroids is the only way to go which is not true.
 
i would STRONGLY suggest NOT using steroids at only 24 years old.. many people make remarks or recommendations with zero understanding and especially zero care for your long term health.. id rather you use absolutely nothing as opposed to making such a severe and life long mistake.. ive dealt with TENS OF THOUSANDS of people over the last decade... and im not saying i know everything whatsoever but when it comes to this, you will be very hard pressed to find anyone with more hands on experience... 85% of the issues that men come to me with is the fact they are completely messed up from using steroids far too young.. you do whatever you want, its your life, but i can tell you with near 100% certainty, using steroids this young, when you are far from fully developed, will result in NOTHING but issues for you down the road...


The problems with individuals that had not yet attained full physio-sexual development, is that that anabolic compounds are acting 9on locations within the central nervous system that are still under development. That is, that many receptors that are activated by Testosterone are STILL performing developmental functions, and you are stimulating them before they had the chance to fully create a working framework of hormonal balance that would sustain you for the rest of your adult life.

a lot of people give blanket statements about it being "just fine" to use steroids at your age... you use your head and do what you think is best but trust me, far far far more bad than good will come from it

pineapple juice? why? you need to drink a protein shake post workout
like 100 grams of protein and that'll make you grow instead of 1L of pineapple juice

and instead of bread and sandwich why don't you eat chicken breast and broccoli

also instead of milk just drink what every animal on earth drinks which is water

these are little changes that you can make to your diet that will go a long way

The first one is just a warm-up, the second one is wide grip and seated, and the third one is standing and close grip.

150g oatmeal (75 breakfast 75 post-workout)
75g nuts
120g protein powder (60 breakfast and 60 post-workout)
4 eggs
80g carbs 120g protein 50g fats

Prob eat some chicken later so full-day nutrition will be 80 carbs 160g protein 60fats

you should get really good pumps with that much arm exercises
