Tomorrow is my rest day so I want to push it hard, and I feel energetic after high carbs day so I did a lot of sets.30 sets for shoulders?
What is your opinion, can you give me some examples of food after a workout?I don't agree with your post-workout meal it's too much sugar and not enough nutrition

im happy to help bro.. ive made so many mistakes in my life and am far far from perfect but i do care about everyone on here and out there and i do not want people to get hurt in any way whatsoever... you can always come to me if you need any help or have concernsThank you Dylan, your suggestion means a lot
these are ALL great suggestions that i absolutely agree with... every single thought here that @stevesmi left with you is all accurate and on pointpineapple juice is full of sugar why don't you eat raw pineapple instead
and instead of bread and sandwich why don't you eat chicken breast and broccoli
also instead of milk just drink what every animal on earth drinks which is water
these are little changes that you can make to your diet that will go a long way
i always go with EAAs after my workout first... leucine is the key to this and while many often would go with a protein drink post workout, its the leucine in whey protein that is key and so its not necessary to do protein shakes unless you are going after more size...post-workout:
one bread and two sandwich
500ml milk
1L pineapple juice
200g carbs 30g protein 10g fats
It's rainy after I leave the gym so I didn't go to the supermarket, will get better carbs tomorrow.

i would really work on this entire post workout meal as many have said already... drop the bread and sandwich, drop the pineapple juice and drop the milk.. essentially, all of this needs to be changed... im big on getting in 3-4 servings of quality green vegetables post workout.. a good white fish or chicken would be a good meal to look at or oats as another good option...
