Hey EVO community, I’m preparing for my first cycle and would appreciate your input as I plan it out. Below is a breakdown of my current stats, training, diet, and supplement regimen, as well as the cycle I'm considering. Your guidance will help me optimize my cycle and make informed decisions.

Current Stats

  • Age: 24
  • Height: 5'7
  • Weight: 201 lbs
  • Training Experience: Almost 1 year at 17, 6 months at 21, and almost 11 months from February this year (bulking).
  • Cycle History: This will be my first steroid cycle, but I have done a 2-month cycle of Test Enanthate with Aromasin, with no side effects.

Diet

  • Calorie Surplus: 500-calorie surplus per day. Total calories a day: 3350 calories a day. I like to eat more than that but I don't want additional fat gain.
  • Protein Intake: 200g per day
  • Carbs vs. Fats: I don’t have a specific target for carbs but focus on keeping carbs higher than fat.

Training Routine

  • Frequency: 6 days per week
  • Routine: Push-pull-legs

Cardio

  • I do not include cardio in my routine.

Sleep

  • I get 9 hours of sleep per night. I am a big eater and sleeper since childhood.

Health and Supplements

  • Supplements: Vitamin D3, magnesium, zinc, whey protein, creatine, and iron
  • Health Monitoring: I don’t do bloodwork or blood pressure checks yet.

Planned Cycle

  • Base: Testosterone Enanthate
  • Options for Additional Compounds: I am deciding between Deca-Durabolin and Dianabol.
    • Dianabol: Known for water retention, which I plan to manage with Aromasin. I’ve heard mixed opinions on whether it provides more muscle tissue gains than Deca in a 2-month bulking cycle. I’m willing to manage water retention if Dianabol gives more muscle tissue.
    • Deca-Durabolin: Slower, steady gains, but I’m unsure if it will yield higher muscle tissue gain in just 2 months compared to Dianabol.
  • PCT: HCG, Clomid, and Nolvadex for 1.5 months.
    • Is 1 month of PCT enough?

  1. Dianabol vs. Deca: Given I only have 2 months left for bulking, which compound (Dianabol or Deca) will provide more lean muscle tissue gains (excluding water retention) if we ignore the risk of water retention? I am getting mixed answers on this from online resources.

First thing we need is for you to add a picture of your face blurred so we can see your muscle base and plans. Commenting on steroids before that is hard as we have no base with you.

If I had to pick deca or dbol, I would pick deca simple due to long term gains from it and less liver stress but again hard to say, we need more info from you.
PCT is best done 6-8 weeks and you need proper pCT prep as well.

i think if you ask 100 people around half will tell you deca and half will tell you dbol

i would say if you want 8 weeks or more then go with deca. but if you want 4-5 weeks max then dbol

UPDATE: I have decided to choose NPP over Dianabol.

1. Talk about your previous claims of using Tren as per other posts.
2. You've trained on and off - this year is 11 months and you're talking about a cycle
3. You're 24. Wait a year

You should include cardio in your routine. It's very important.
Cardio Builds a strong heart.
 
You are a bit young. I would start really simple..
your pct is VERY important here, You don't want to shut yourself down too much.
 
All of these compounds you mentioned will definitely bulk you up.

However, the risk of estrogen side effects, are going to be there.
 
if you want to do something like this then do:
test E+ NPP and do 8 weeks only with 6 week pct!
 
I don't understand why you want to bulk up with your stats.

5'7", and over 200 lbs, you're already big as it is.
 
Definitely get some pictures up so we can see where your body fat is.
Also, it's very good that you're a good sleep or you will need lots of sleep on steroids.
 
bros push/pull/legs is OKAY.
but a young dude like you should focus on compound lifts until you build Consistency.
 
Not really a fan of this cycle brother. I would keep going natty for a while longer. You haven't even been training a year consistently. You are also not doing any cardio and not tracking carbs or fat. Just sounds a little too loose for my liking.
