Thanks bro,that's a hell of a workout
much respect for what you're doing here
Thanks Bro, Ya def was feeling this workout. Pushing an extra set in wasn't expected at the beginning but damn did i feel like it was calling my name by the end.nice job on this
glad to see you're pushing the sets
I have to agree with you on this some what, I do not have the build that most bros do on here so I feel i still need to push up in weight when i can. but I'm defiantly not ego lifting.(as the weight #s show that lol) I do not really care about that. the goal is to get stronger and look jacked. For health mainly but doent hurt if i end up looking like a smooth criminal in the process. I feel like moderate weight, slow control movement on the dicentric portion on the exercise, also make sure to get a good stretch on each rep and a strong quick eccentric. This method has humbled me in more ways then one for sure. I feel I get insane pumps and def better mind muscle connection by doing it this way.I've never believed and lifting heavy weights
keeping it high volume and low repetition has been my strategy
Def. arms are spent today!not a bad work at all
looks like your arms got a nice work out
No rest today, Plan on doing Abs and Legs today, full rest day the next day Wednesday. Light cardio even on rest days to keep up with heart health and BP.it's all about pounding your body but then resting
make sure you get some good rest post workout
Understood, I do try to lift heavy when I can and my equipment allows it(don't have many plates yet), but I am concerned with Technique and Form over weight. My goal is to lock in the Form and Technique for that exercise using moderate weight. Not to heavy but still will provide optimal resistance. Once I can do 10-20 reps using that weight with perfect or good form. that is when I move up my weights by 5lbs. I want it to be a sprint to the finish line to get jacked. But i know it takes time and effort. So I want to do it right. So when i do start lifting HEAVY weight my form is perfect and I have less chance of injury.lifting more heavy and doing compound lifting can really help you build a strong base
but in no way do you have to do heavy weights
