continue to build up the muscle memory that's what you have to do to build the base
That's the plan, steady as she goes, I do want to get to the "finish line" of my goal physique and strength as quickly as possible. But want to ultimately stick with all this for so long that it is lifestyle change for me. Feeling the best I ever felt. No neck pain in weeks now. (knock on wood*) I am the strongest I have ever felt and I'm wearing the wifey out.
Feel like the Six Million Dollar Man-We can rebuild him, We can make him stronger, We have the technology.
 
More weight on the farmers - like 60lbs then 100lbs
Next round I do on carries I will do the 60lbs, probably going to want to rip my arms off from the pump I get in my forearms. Pretty damn intense as it is with the 40lb'rs. But, I seen a quote the other day that has been sticking with me. - YOU EARN YOUR BODY! - and buddy I'm feeling like $$$ right now. Challenge excepted!

Going to try to push it an still do 60ft/10 rounds 4 sets. Ill update
 
Try and find used equipment it's not expensive
 
I remember I ordered 45 pound rubber weights the shipping alone was like 150 dollars lol
 
look for discounts on weight training equipment from gyms that closed or from people in your town who want to get rid of their stuff

Shit goes fast around here or your driving fucking 4 hours round trip to try to maybe get it. Had a fucker sell a press machine while I was driving to meet him. Great idea though I always have my eyes pealed for the deals.

Got my plates! Put all of them on as soon as I got them and tried 1 rep. It felt like I could do more. So I kept it loaded for my workout. I got 2 good solid reps with it loaded, I do feel like I could maybe push 1-2 more out but 1 RIR isn’t bad for growth. I’d like to push it and see. You will surprise yourself sometimes. Thought you were gassed out but put up 5-10 more reps. Either way fucking awesome workout. Feeling stronger everyday, and can finally see my body slightly changing. It’s a great ego boost gets me motivated and keeps me focused.

The only bad workout is the one that didn't happen.

Thinking of switching to PPL. I have seen lots of people have very good results and I feel I need to push hard to get what i want out of all this. Ill post my new proposed workout routine below but what are yalls thoughts on PPL and/or Bro Split, which do yall do? What is your favorite workout routine and why? Going to finish this week out with my last 2 workouts and then start with PPL on Monday. I will probably drop the sets to 3 for now due to the shear volume of workouts on this in a given day. If anything just for my times sake. Thanks again for the support Bros!
