Pushing to failure will get you the results you want. How close to failure are you getting on most exercises ?I do agree with You and @Eddie Haskell on needing more weight. This will happen in due time. Just feeling gassed out due to the amount of exercises that are on the workouts. Will be trimming the exercises down a bit next PPL round. Ill post new/final routine once I nail it down. plan to increase weight at that time.
I go till failure my last set for sure, Other sets I try to set it to 1 Rep in reserve. So not quite till failure but pretty damn close. growth has been steady for me i am just wanting to push and get more. Greedy me!Pushing to failure will get you the results you want. Push all sets to failure just eat enough protein and carbs to sustain it. I’ve been training this way for the last year and gains have been incredible.I go till failure my last set for sure, Other sets I try to set it to 1 Rep in reserve. Bros, I am comparing my current self with my pics here from just a couple months ago. I just keep seeing better and better every time I look in the mirror. I know still have a ways to go but it is nice and a great ego boost seeing yourself change. Great motivator to keep going. I am giving myself a year from now to "look good/feel good". Which in my mind is a great physique and great strength! Muscles popping, slight abs, not looking to get fucking competition lean just want what we all are striving for here I think. A better/faster/stronger version of them self.
