Day 2: Pull
Cardio was 2.5m on treadmill 3.5mph for the first 1.8 or so then down to 3mph the rest of walk.
Back:
Biceps:
- Barbell Bent Over Rows 80lbs 3 sets 15reps/LSTF
- Dumbbell Rows 40lbs/e 3 sets 15reps/straight set
- Deadlifts w/ Barbell 150lbs 3 sets 5reps/straight set
- Farmers Carry 60lbs 3 rounds / 40lbs 8 rounds 60ft
Rear Delts:
- Barbell Bicep Curls 30lbs 3 sets/20reps/LSTF
- Hammer Curls w/ Dumbbells 25lbs 3 sets/20reps
- Preacher Curls on the bench w/ barbell 85lbs 3 sets 15reps/LSTF
- Concentration Curls w/ Dumbbells 25lbs 3 sets 20reps/LSTF
This was my workout yesterday. Wanted to post it since I didn't get a chance to the other day. Trimmed some exercises off. Still a good amount but I felt this was more manageable overall with time and intensity. So far I am liking PPL. Its LEGS tonight. I'll update yall.
- Reverse Flyes w/ Dumbbells 20lbs 3 sets 20 reps/Straight set
- Face Pulls 50lbs 3 sets 20 reps/LSTF
- Rear Delt Flyes laying on the bench w/ dumbbells 20lbs 3 sets 20reps/LSTF

Bros, I am comparing my current self with my pics here from just a couple months ago. I just keep seeing better and better every time I look in the mirror. I know still have a ways to go but it is nice and a great ego boost seeing yourself change. Great motivator to keep going. I am giving myself a year from now to "look good/feel good". Which in my mind is a great physique and great strength! Muscles popping, slight abs, not looking to get fucking competition lean just want what we all are striving for here I think. A better/faster/stronger version of them self.

Damn been a hot minute since I have been on here has not felt like it. I have been busy chasing iron and pushing myself best I can. I did drop the PPL workout as it was to much volume and I just felt like I was tiring myself out to much. Back to my original workout routine that I posted at beginning of log. Not many ups in weight the last 2-3 weeks just focusing on hitting 20 reps each sets and once that is accomplished I will up weight by 5-10lbs depending on exercise. Did end up ordering some DBol and Test-C from Ugfreak. been doing 60mg a day DBol and 300mg a week test-c split into 3 injections each week. Had bloods done the other day ill post them up. I have very high Free and Total test. Estradiol is high as well. Started on arimidex .5mg twice a week for estrogen. Probably due to the DBol. Blood test was taken 4 days after any injection and stopped Dbol 4 day prior as well. Should I have done something different? Total/Free seems very, very high. especially on what i am taking. I have an order with PSL< (Euro-Pharm) as well and another from ugfreak<(Para Pharma).
@DiabolicalGainz welcome back and happy to see you update us, it's sad you left and didnt update the LOG but started a cycle. That's irresponsible and sad to see bro, you cant keep a log but you jumped on a big cycle without sharing it with us? not cool broI am not doing crazy amounts of Test. Yall think it is the DBol giving me such high numbers? I mean its gotta be. My blood test from 4 weeks into TRT I was at 200mg a week had me at roughly 1300ng/dl Total and free at 160pg/ml. So its got to be the DBol. I was under the impression that DBol is a super short half life like 8 hours or so. Figured stopping it 4 days prior to testing it be at a "trough". Guess not. Same for injection 4 days since last injection. Was reading that some people are hyper responders to certain substances more than others. Numbers do seem high to me. only thing I see is if guys are running 500mg a week to get these numbers. this sound right? Or am I just looking at this a little to hard? Thanks for any info.

Agreed-I will be dropping the DBol for now.If I had those just TRT numbers I'd be growing. No need for close to the 4000 figures
